The Brain-Pressure Monitor uses the Air-Pouch method
to monitor ICP. It is compatible with the full range
of Air-Pouch probes, with the CPP-Monitor and the
Compliance-Monitor.
The digital display indicates mean ICP. During the
first ten minutes after start up the amplitude (systolic
ICP minus diastolic ICP) is flashed in.
A connector in the back of the monitor takes either
a connecting cable to a bedside monitor, a chart recorder,
a CPP-Monitor, a Compliance-Monitor or a computer..
